This is a typical ICF basement pour. Concrete is generally either pumped or elevated to the basement walls.

Walk-outs are easy to accomplish in an ICF basement.

This is what it looks like when it's poured. The only thing left is to take the bracing down and finish it however you would like it to look. Drywall or siding is simply attached to the tabs you see.

This is a radiant heat floor ready to be poured.

A manifold heating and domestic water distribution system. The domestic water will not have pressure drops or temperature fluctuations when multiple water supplies are being used.

High efficient boilers, as seen above circled in red, are very small.

I generally build a media network in the homes I build for easy installation of phone or satellite to any room.

As you can see, the walk-out above is very welcoming and warm due to the sun exposure and the radiant heat in the floor. This gives you nice warm feet, without cooking you out of the room by forced air heating from the ceiling down.

This house has 70% of its floors tiled, mostly because the floors are warm from the radiant heat. Basic open concept with a custom pitched ceiling.

Here is the opposite view of the open concept and you will also notice all ceramic tile.

The completed house, 7 years later, still looks new. Lena,WI.

This is a large ICF basement being started, with 23 corners. It was a big house built in Appleton, WI.

The walls are all poured and ready for the floor.

A nine foot ceiling in the basement is standard with 16" ICF's.
Block walls can easily be tied in to ICF walls.

Another big house in Marinette, WI. The basement is being poured in the photo.

Putting the floor system in, so the next ICF level can be started.

The house is completed. It is a full ICF built home.

Opposite view.

As you can see, the brick integrates easily with ICF homes.

Another radiant layout on the left, and a custom kitchen on the right.

My play time is put to the job of laying stone in my yard.
I will post more photos soon. Thanks.
